Honest by design
Status is never colour alone. The completeness score measures how well you have set things up, not legal compliance, and says so. Unusual contract clauses are flagged for a human, not interpreted automatically.
Reminders that stop when you act
Acknowledging a reminder stops the repeats. Only resolving the record stops the trigger. Unanswered critical items escalate to the site manager after a delay you set.
